Ray Bernhagen, MPA
Director of Army Programs, Exeter Government Services, LLC

Ray has 30 years of proven leadership experience as a leader, mentor, coach and strategic innovator. He graduated from Jesse Stuart HS, in Louisville, KY in 1977 and received a Presidential Scholarship to the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY where he graduated in 1981. Mr. Bernhagen served 15 years as an Armor officer in multiple locations, including the Seoul Olympics in 1988, and served his final 5 years working counterintelligence operations at the Defense Intelligence Agency and the special operations office within the Army Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations. Upon his military retirement, Mr. Bernhagen joined the defense contracting community working for several companies such as Toffler Associates, Sytex Inc, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, Humana, and now Exeter Government Services as the Director of Army Programs and Program Manager for the HRC Cybersecurity Support Contract.

David has over 30 years of progressive domestic and international information technology leadership experience. Over 25 years leading diverse and geographically dispersed teams supporting Government Information Technology and Analytical Support programs. Proven track record of delivery for a multitude of customers, including US Army, US Navy, Army Corps of Engineers, Army Medical Command, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Defense Information Systems Agency and Australian Ministry of Defence.
