Individual players are $125 each.  A four person team is $400.  A form with four players filled out is a four person team.  A form with three or less players is a sign up for individual players.

The Gold Scramble will be held at Lindsey Golf Course at Ft. Knox KY starting at 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
