Rob Weighall serves as an Exeter Vice President operating a business unit that represents a substantial portion of Exeter’s corporate operations while also serving as a technical thought leader focusing on Cloud readiness and cyber resilience. In his 16^th year with the company, Rob has contributed to the growth of Exeter’s Air Force business portfolio since his initial employment on Exeter’s very first Air Force contract in 2004.  Rob offers 20-years of experience supporting U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Agencies, and contributes a sound understanding of enterprise-level solutions, defined policies and regulation, intra-agency dependencies, budgetary trends and constraints, and acquisition process strategies. He adapts proven DoD technology solutions with modern rapid-capability delivery models.  Rob has helped guide some of the first high-complexity mission applications through successful cloud-migrations. Under his guidance, Exeter technicians were the first to accredit a complex application within DISA MilCloud and AWS GovCloud using the Risk Management Framework (RMF), the first to use the DISA-provided cloud security service provider (CSSP) solution and to operate within an Agile DevOps software methodology that fully integrated DevSecOps.

Rob graduated Summa Cum Laude from Auburn University, where he also earned a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems. His professional accreditations include the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) credential, and he is an Oracle Certified DBA (OCP DBA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified DBA (MCDBA), and CompTIA Security+ CE.  In his personal life, Rob is supported daily by his wife Kristy and two children, Logan (14) and Grant (12).
