Kathy White has been in the IT industry for over 30 years.  Her career started on mainframe.  She started as a developer and that morphed into leadership as her career has progressed.  She has led many development and infrastructure projects and teams. Throughout the years her career has spanned the different areas of the IT industry while utilizing and growing through technologies.  Two years ago, she started her own company, Centerfield Life, LLC.  Through this company, she is a life coach, speaker, mentor, knowledge broker and writer with hopes of expanding to podcasting also.  She still works in IT on a contract at Fort Knox, KY.  While she enjoys the IT industry, she is passionate about helping others through speaking and coaching.  As a leader, it has always been important that she coach those that she leads.  As a leader, she believes the success of her team, determines her own success.  She has always believed that a big part of her job as a leader is to coach and mentor.  This was very apparent when she was the Service Delivery Manager for an enterprise service desk where she always provided career guidance and assistance to all on her team.  She believes that anyone with the right coach, motivation and passion to learn can become anything they decide to become.  She believes that the only person that stops you from accomplishing your goals is you.  Her future will be filled with Masterminds, seminars and conferences as she works to turn the potential of those around her into successful reality.
