Brittnay McCall currently serves as a Survivor Outreach Service Coordinator, supporting families who’ve lost a loved one in the military. Brittnay was first introduced to the survivor community after experiencing a similar loss in 2007.  After dealing with her own personal grief, she transitioned her pain into positivity and today she works tirelessly to provide support and resources for families in paralleled situations.  Brittnay takes immense pride in helping others and she has made it her life’s goal to assist people in need whenever she can. 

Prior to becoming a coordinator, Brittnay spent countless hours becoming trained and certified as a mentor through the United States Army. She has participated in numerous Army Family Action Plan Committee meetings and is frequently asked to speak at officer Casualty Notification and Casualty Assistant courses.
